The mission of the Fenwick Friars Rugby Football Club is to provide the student athletes of Fenwick the opportunity to learn the game of rugby in a fun, 竞争激烈的环境中. Athletic competition has always been an integral part of a Fenwick education, and rugby provides athletes the chance to participate in one of the most popular sports in the world. The Fenwick Rugby Club is inclusive, any student who joins the club will have the opportunity to play in games at a level appropriate with his skill level.

Friars Drop Quarterfinal 季后赛 match 46-35
The Fenwick Friars Rugby team met the Chesterton Saints in a Rugby Illinois Quaterfinal playoff matchup.阅读更多
Fenwick started the match off quickly, with Jack Rodis punching in a try and converting it, giving the Friars an early 7 - 0 lead.
Cheterton proved itself a capable and resilient unit, scoring the next 35 consecutive points. Fenwick was hampered by being a man down following a yellow card penalty, and Chesteron took full advantage. The score at half was 35 - 7 in favor of the Saints.
